API Integrations

Automate guests, tickets, and speakers with the Event Vault REST API.

Event Vault offers a REST API so you can automate guest, ticket, and speaker management, or connect your event data to external systems - including AI assistants. All requests are sent to a single base URL and require authentication headers on every call.

Keys are scoped per object type, so you can grant an integration read or write access to exactly the types it needs. New to the API? Start with Authentication to generate a key, then pick the object you want to manage.

Building an integration against the API? Discovery & Dry Runs is the shortcut: /apiSchema returns the authoritative field list for every object type, generated from the server’s own validation rules, and ?dryRun=1 checks any write before it saves anything.

Attendee participation - votes, upvotes, and earned points - is written by the app and never by the API. Polls, Q&A, and gamification endpoints manage the questions and the objects, and expose results as server-computed aggregates.

Tip

Every key is scoped to a single event, carries only the permissions you choose, and can be revoked at any time from the console. Generate one under Integrations → API Access on your event.

Note

You are responsible for how event data is accessed and shared through the API, and all use is at your own risk. Guest and attendee records are personal data: do not route them through third-party AI tools without first reviewing that provider’s data-processing terms.
